SUDBURY, ON -- November 16 -- Artists on Elgin is proud to announce that their final exhibit of 2017 will be comprised of work created by 5 of their jewellers: Brigitte Bere, Barbara Edwards, Melanie Leblanc, Pat Mertl, and Alison Sivers. The opening reception will occur on Saturday, December 2 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. This is a free event that is open for the public to interact with each of the artists and to experience what these incredible women have created for their exhibit.

Each of the artists offer a unique style to their pieces, including organic jewellery inspired by Northern Ontario's landscape, handmade lampwork jewellery, chainmaille and wire work inspired by stained glass, Raku-fired masks, and much more.

Artists on Elgin encourages and welcomes the public to an opening reception that will help set the tone for the holiday season. The exhibit itstil will run until December 30.

Artists on Elgin is located at 168 Elgin Street and is open Monday through to Saturday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Artists on Elgin is a project of its parent organization, The Northern Artist Gallery, where artists can exhibit, promote, and sell their work in an attractive and professional gallery space.
