Public voting begins on seventh annual Picture Our Lakes photo contest

SUDBURY, ON – June 18, 2013– Artists on Elgin received hundreds of pictures for our seventh annual Picture Our Lakes photography contest. Now that the competition is closed, it is time for voting to begin

"We've had so many great entries this year. I'm looking forward to seeing which photos the public chooses over the next few weeks. I know which ones are my favorites but I wouldn't be able to narrow it down to just one per season," says Andrew Kenny, Special Events Coordinator/Summer Student for Artists on Elgin.

Photo submissions are on display now, June 18, 2013 until Saturday, July 6. The public is invited to visit Artists on Elgin to vote for their favourite pictures in the categories of Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Youth. The winning photos will be feature in the 2014 Picture Our Lakes calendar.
